We collect your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, and the payment method details you provide, such as your UPI ID or Paytm-linked number. We also log your IP address and device type at the time of registration for account security purposes.

Yes. Submit a data access request via email or through the in-account Help Centre. We will compile the data held on your account and send it to your registered email address within 30 days, or sooner where the volume of data allows.

We retain account records for the period required by applicable Indian law following account closure. After that statutory period ends, your personal identifiers are deleted from active systems and any remaining archive entries are fully anonymised.

We share only what each provider needs to process a specific transaction — typically the amount and a transaction reference. We do not share your browsing activity, game history, or account preferences with Paytm, PhonePe, or any other payment processor.
