We collect only the account and transaction data needed to operate the service. That includes your UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe payment records, login history, and in-session activity. Data is stored on secured servers and is never sold to third parties outside of legal obligations.

Cookies on p99soft are used to keep your session active, remember your preferred language and region settings, and measure how pages are used. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser at any time; declining non-essential cookies does not affect your account access.

Account Security

Your account is protected by password authentication and optional two-factor verification via your registered mobile number. We never ask for your password through chat or email — any such request should be reported to support immediately using the live chat channel.

Data Retention

We keep account and transaction records for the period required under applicable Indian financial and tax regulations. Once that retention period ends, personal data that is no longer needed for legal compliance is deleted or anonymised in line with our data schedule.

Yes. These terms and conditions cover your entire account and every game room you access through it, including Aviator, Lightning Roulette, Rummy, and Bingo. The same rules on fair use, account conduct, and dispute resolution apply regardless of which game room you enter.

We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect on the date of your session is the one that governs that session. We recommend checking this page periodically. Continued use of your account after a published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
